ShiftPro Paramedics is simply a basic shift calendar. The additional features available for purchase are what elevate this app to a powerful and essential tool for any Paramedic who takes holidays, earns overtime, makes shift trades and wishes to track runs and training.

Easily import individual contact information from apple address book.

View contacts alphabetically or by seniority.

The basic version allows any repeating shift pattern to be entered either through the preset shift patterns or the custom entry mode and organizes your contacts and ranks by seniority.


The following features are available as an upgrade from within the app.

ShiftPro SHIFT TRADES:
-Monitor shifts that you owe or are owed to you.

ShiftPro VACATIONS
-Monitor all upcoming, current and future vacations.

ShiftPro OVERTIME
-Keep track of all overtime that has been paid and is owed.

ShiftPro TRAINING
-Maintain an up to date training log.

ShiftPro RUNS
-Track and graph all Runs. Also input info on each run.

CUSTOM SHIFT SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS:
If your shift pattern is not listed you will have to enter the custom shift mode.
Select Settings > Turn the Use Custom slider ON > Tap My pattern
- Enter a label for your pattern if desired.
- Select your start date and time.
- For Shifts that require a “Kelly Day” select the frequency. Most should leave as “Never”
- Enter the number of hours you work on your first shift in On Duty
-Enter the number of hours you are off until your next shift in Off Duty
- Select the color you wish to appear on the calendar
- Tap Add New Shift
- Repeat for every shift in your rotation
